March 2012 vs July 2012 

Progress is progress… gotta love a good run. My face is less puffy and my legs now have definition to them, and I’m lost a good amount of that beer belly. 

It’s a slow process, but breaking habits takes awhile. I haven’t been tracking the scale, but how well my clothes fit and how I feel. Eating real food and having fun while you exercise makes a big difference!

 I have a good way to go before I’m at my goal, but it’s crazy to be able to see the changes happening!
